A clear foundation for our professional relationship. These terms govern the digital and clinical engagement between Nutri Helsinki and our clients.

01. Professional Scope of Service

Nutri Helsinki provides specialized nutrition consultancy focused on metabolic health, performance nutrition, and personalized wellness plans. By accessing nutri.fi and engaging in our services, you acknowledge that our specialists provide nutritional guidance based on evidence-based research and clinical experience in Finland.

It is important to understand that nutritional advice does not replace clinical medical treatment. Our specialists do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical diseases. We operate as part of your broader health team and encourage you to maintain communication with your primary healthcare provider in Helsinki or elsewhere regarding any diagnosed conditions.

Service Limitations

Personalized health plans are tailored to individual data provided by the client. We cannot be held responsible for outcomes resulting from incomplete or inaccurate health disclosures during the initial assessment.

02. Appointments & Financial Terms

Online Booking

All online consultations must be booked via our secure portal. A confirmation email signals the binding nature of the appointment.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to a fee of 50% of the service cost to cover specialist scheduling.

Payments are processed securely at the time of booking or via invoice, depending on the agreed service package. Prices are quoted in Euros (EUR) and include Finnish VAT where applicable. Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice results in a forfeiture of the session fee.

03. Liability & Legal Protections

Nutri Helsinki utilizes industry-leading protocols for health assessment. However, the client remains the primary decision-maker regarding their physical health. We are not liable for any direct or indirect injury, loss, or damage that may arise from the use of information on this website or the implementation of personalized health plans.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Helsinki.

04. User Conduct & IP

All content on nutri.fi—including recipes, meal plans, educational articles, and geometric design elements—is the intellectual property of Nutri Helsinki. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use without explicit written consent is strictly prohibited.

Users agree not to misuse the online booking system or engage in any behavior that disrupts the digital infrastructure of our consultancy.
